In general, the brain and nervous system is broken down into two different categories. The peripheral nervous system and central nervous system is type of brain and nervous.  Today, there are millions of people suffering from central nervous system problem. Usually, the central nervous problems are consists of number of parts like nerves connecting them to each other, sensory neurons and cluster of neurons. It is send some signals to other parts as electronically waves. It is very complexity. At the same time the cerebral cortex is which involved in wide variety of functions such as emotional, higher cognitive and sensory. Another biggest part of brain is divided into four symmetrical hemispheres like temporal, frontal, occipital and parietal. The temporal part is known as auditory cortex. It has provided for understanding language like emotion and memory. Second one is peripheral nervous system. The PNS division has several components. It is a somatic system.

Muscles key parts are that hold the organs in place. In this type of key parts are keeping injuries at bay and improving your fitness level. There are different types of muscles surrounding in the human parts such as pectoralis major, Gluteus maximus, Rectus Abdominis, Hamstrings, Latissimus dorsi, Quadriceps femoris and trapezius. The first category of pectoralis major is often offered to as Pecs. These muscles could be keep the arms linked, shoulder bones and chest. The pec workouts are typically included bench presses, push-ups, dips and cable crossovers. Next category of Quadriceps femoris are normally found in the front of the upper leg. It is also known quads. There are some high resistance workouts include strengthen these upper leg muscles. Last category is Hamstring is support lifting of heavy objects and knees. It is known as hams. The bodybuilding exercises are which cause the muscles to contract. it is more helpful for human body.

The circulatory system is very important for human life. It is an organ system. The organ circulatory system is that passes some nutrients including hormones, gases, blood cells and amino acids. The main use of circulatory organ system may be seen strictly as blood distribution network. It is composed of the cardiovascular system. The name of cardiovascular system is sometimes called as lymphatic system. There are two various types of fluids circulatory system available such as lymph and blood. It is also composed of the blood and heart vessels like veins, capillaries and arteries.  A human part of heart is the main key organ in the circulatory system.  Normally, the heart beats from 60 to 100 times per minute. The main work of heart gets message from the body to pump more blood depending on an individual needs. Another part of arterial is closed in to three various types of layers such as the media, the adventitia and the endothelium.
